Sample Confirmation
Send us eggs or the products to be packaged; we'll assess cell fit and cushioning, then ship samples back for approval.
Delivery & Scheduling
Common sizes ship from stock; custom and volume orders follow the production plan, with long-term supply supported.

About Custom Tooling
If you need pulp inserts for small appliances, lighting, electrical components, hardware and electronics or food products, send us a 3D drawing or the product itself. We'll propose a structure and recommended capacity, cut a sample mold after sign-off, and move to the production mold and volume manufacturing once samples are approved.
